EMERGENCY CALL CENTRE AGENT (12 POSTS)

Chief Directorate: Emergency and Clinical Support Services

SALARY : R228 321 per annum
CENTRE : EMS, Cape Town Communication Centre (CTCC)

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: Matric (Grade 12). Experience: Appropriate Call Center experience. Inherent requirement of the job: Ability to work shifts and overtime, as needed. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good conversation skills. Ability to work nicely underneath pressure. Good typing skills. Good listening skills. Computer Literacy with MS Word.

DUTIES : (key end result areas/outputs): Receiving and taking pictures incoming emergency calls on the CAD information system. Manage caller anxiety and stress. Interrogate the caller and verify the nature and precedence of the case. Maintain order and hygiene in the manage room.
