PURPOSE
To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOPs.
- Maintain food safety standards according to SOPs.
- Prepare menu items according to SOPs while maintaining speed of service.
- Provide excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 0-1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Grade 8-12 OR ABet Level
