DRIVER (LIGHT DUTY VEHICLE)

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic studying and writing skills. Experience: Appropriate experience. Inherent requirement of the job: Valid Code B/EB driver’s license. Valid PDP. Sober habits. Responsible for automobiles and maintenance. Prepared to work irregular hours. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of transport regulations.

DUTIES : (key result areas/outputs): Schedule transport and plan transport routes. Loading and transporting of items and staff compliment. Inspection of vehicles. Timely reporting of minor and essential defects. Responsible for the prescribed documents and logs involving the vehicles and items handled. Assist the Transport Officer to maintain the transport fleet in a clean and roadworthy condition. Prepare reviews for the supervisor if and when needed. Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
