SALARY : R193 359 per annum
CENTRE : Hermanus Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: General Educational and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7). Experience: Appropriate trip in laundry experience in a Hospital/Clinic environment. Inherent necessities of the job: Willingness to do manual labour (heavy linen bags) and assist in different departments when required. Able to cope with heavily dirty linen containing human excretions and blood. Physically suit and capable to raise heavy items. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Proper working knowledge of all laundry/linen policies, protocols, processes and good work ethics. Good interpersonal, organizing and decision-making skills. Knowledge of inventory/stock control. Ability to work in a crew and independently. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel). Good communication skills.

DUTIES : Supervise Linen/laundry service and function equipment and equipment, supervision and control. Supervise personnel, HR and accepted administration. Render an administration service. Liaise with laundry management. Monitor exceptional wellknown in the laundry.
