REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: Qualification that approves you registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC) as Nursing Assistant. Registration with a professional council: Registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant. Experience: Grade 1: None. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognizable ride in nursing after registration at SANC as a Nursing Assistant. Grade 3: A minimal of 20 years appropriate/recognizable journey in nursing after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant. Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work additional time when necessary. Willingness to work nightshift, shifts, weekends and public holidays. Relieve in all areas. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to feature independently, as properly as in a multi-disciplinary group to make sure desirable affected person care. Knowledge of applicable rules and policies of the Department of Health Western Cape. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
DUTIES : Assist sufferers with activities of each day dwelling (physical care) Provide nice and holistic clinical nursing care and make sure scientific recordkeeping. Management of physical sources and maintain moral requirements and self-development. Infection prevention and Control and Occupational health.
