CENTRE : Knysna Hospital
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/ Grade nine (Std 7). Experience: Appropriate trip in a Linen Store. Inherent necessities of the job: Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB). Willingness to work weekends, public vacation trips and overtime. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to work below pressure, perform physically annoying tasks and to deal with heavy objects. Ability to reap and preserving right interpersonal family members with personnel and the provider provider. Good numerical capabilities and sewing skills. Knowledge of and the ability to interpret the Western Cape Linen Management Policy. Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Effective cleansing and packing abilities.
DUTIES : Ensure high quality and efficient processing of linen inside the Hospital. Effective first-class manage of the outsourced laundering and supervision of the inner linen services. Effective and efficient administration of all linen records, data, and facts and make certain communication regarding operational aspects. Perform pre-condemning of linen and record irregularities to your supervisor. Responsible for all HR associated features and time-honored administrations duties in the linen bank.
