Job Title: Control Room Operator

About the Role:
We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable Control Room Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical function in keeping web site protection and provider integrity through high quality communication, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with websites to ensure all locations are utterly staffed and operational
Monitor and review patrol reviews to make sure provider compliance and perceive any irregularities
Conduct off-site monitoring via CCTV and different surveillance systems
Perform scheduled panic alarm checks twice per week and make certain all structures are functioning correctly
Respond to incidents and increase troubles in line with enterprise procedures
Maintain accurate logs and unique reports of all things to do and incidents
Requirements:
Previous journey in a manage room or protection operations function is preferred
Excellent verbal exchange abilities and the capability to continue to be calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol administration tools is an advantage
