We are searching for anybody with the following experience, skills and /or skillsets:
Grade:8-12.

The responsibilities are:
Cleaning duties
Responsible for ground care, performing a number of surface tasks, inclusive of vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge/s and frequent areas.
Responsible for disposing of trash in workplace areas and non-production employee lounge.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms day by day and in accordance with precise rosters.
Responsible for cleaning of windows, on the inside, in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and fixtures as needed.
May be required to order cleaning elements as needed.
Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements to their manager, encountered when executing daily tasks for in addition action.
Maintain and easy applicable areas no longer especially assigned as per the allotted roster.
Ensure the cleansing roster is signed upon completion of a project the place applicable.
Replenish restroom services as and when required in accordance with the applicable standards.
Hospitality duties
May be required to stock kitchen and board room materials as needed.
Prepare boardrooms for meetings in phrases of setup and show of catering.
Prepare tea and espresso and other refreshments according to unique boardroom / frequent areas.
Clear catering materials from assembly venues immediately after each meeting, so that they are geared up for the subsequent one.
Ad-hoc duties
Adhere to guidelines and or duties assigned from time to time by means of direct superior.
