SALARY : R228 321 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate patient administrative experience in a health/patient environment. Appropriate Clinicom experience. Inherent requirements of the job: Required to work 12 hour shifts (including night duty, weekends and public holidays). Willing to work overtime on short notice. Competencies (knowledge/ skills): Computer literacy in MS Office. Good interpersonal and verbal exchange skills, potential to work independently, and as part of a team, potential to keep confidentiality and problem-solving and war administration with true organizational skills. Knowledge of applicable policies – Hospital Fees memorandum Chapter 18, the Uniform Patient Fee Schedule (UPFS), Finance Instructions & Medical Records policies. Knowledge of Clinicom.
DUTIES : Admission of sufferers inclusive of right patient assessment and correct data/information capturing. Ensure right management of patient folders at reception place and time table appointments (new, follow-up and operations) on the system. Recordkeeping, collect new, retrieve, file, hint misplaced and manipulate duplicates & historic folders as well as keep a file system and archive. Accurate collection, safekeeping and deposit of kingdom money. Deal with written and or telephonic queries or enquiries with regards to patient admission matters.
