REQUIREMENTS : Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Secretarial/Office Management / Management Assistant as diagnosed by way of SAQA. Minimum of 1 12 months ride in Office Management. Core and Process Competencies: Sound and in-depth expertise of relevant prescripts, software of the legislative framework governing the public carrier e.g., Public Service Act, Labour Relation Act, PFMA, etc. Skills & Competencies: Negotiation skills; Computer literacy; Presentation skills; People management skills; Time management, Communication capabilities (written & verbal); Planning and organizing skills; Interpersonal skills.
