• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Process till transactions accurately
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods
• Promote loyalty programs and store services
• Maintain a clean and organised till point
• Assist customers with product and pricing enquiries
• Support promotional campaigns and special events
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage control procedures
• Adhere to company policies and standards
