Full job description
Job obligations include:

supervising and parenting the children
Assessing and responding to man or woman needs
Reporting and managing children’s behaviour in accordance with developmental and behavioural plans
Medical care, together with monitoring and reporting sick kids to management
Assisting in the implementation of deliberate activities, recreational, developmental, and therapeutic programs.
The minimal prerequisites for candidates are:

Child and Youth Care Qualification (minimum NQF stage 4)
SACSSP registration (2024/2025)
Police clearance certificate
Passion for working with teens with disabilities
Strong work ethic
Ability to work underneath pressure
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to act as a trusted guide to the children
Experience in the CYCC discipline preferred
Two contactable references
