Job Description
To coordinate all administrative duties pertaining to the shopping for process. This consists of growing and keeping purchase order information; managing deliveries, ensuring stock arrives timeously; and managing the sample process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration of the sample system (i.e., monitoring progress, sending reviews to suppliers)
Liaise with suppliers with regard to the order technique & shipping
Administration of the markdown process
Follow up on deliveries
Maintaining the sample room
General administration: dealing with of queries, taking pictures orders, filing, etc.
Releasing Orders
Liaising with the Marketing Department concerning promotions & pattern management

Job Requirements
Grade 12

A trend diploma or degree will be an advantage
3 – 5 Years retail trip working with buyers
Cross functional ride between Buying and other components of the Business
5+ Years’ Experience in a Buying environment.
Computer Literacy: MS Office- G-Suite , PLM
A passionate, provider oriented team player
