About the Role:
We are currently searching for a proactive and dependable Control Room Operator to join our team. The profitable candidate will play a necessary role in retaining web page safety and service integrity thru effective communication, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with websites to make certain all locations are entirely staffed and operational
Monitor and overview patrol reports to make sure service compliance and discover any irregularities
Conduct off-site monitoring by using CCTV and different surveillance systems
Perform scheduled panic alarm exams twice per week and ensure all systems are functioning correctly
Respond to incidents and escalate troubles in line with enterprise procedures
Maintain correct logs and certain reports of all things to do and incidents
Requirements:

Previous ride in a control room or security operations role is preferred
Excellent conversation abilities and the capability to continue to be calm underneath pressure
Strong attention to element and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as section of a team
Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol management tools is an advantage
