Housekeeping Host

A Housekeeping Host will assist all Housekeeping and Laundry with guest requests analyzing each request and delegating between the crew members, so that work can be finished in an environment friendly and timely manner ensuring an wonderful ride for our Guests.

What will I be doing?

As Housekeeping Host, you will aid all Housekeeping and Laundry team for all elements by delegating the everyday things to do Housekeeping and Laundry inside the hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Attendant will perform the following duties to the perfect standards:

Ensure constantly excessive working requirements in each location of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified d via the motel manufacturer standards
Monitor the appearance, standards, and overall performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on education and group work
Provide super visitor service
Actively works on availability and launch of Rooms for Guest Service alongside with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
Manages the controls of the Housekeeping department, such as: frequency of employees, release of grasp keys, book incident, input and output enter and output uniform and linen, amongst others
Responsible for checking day by day the visitor information in CRM and make certain that the preferences and requests of the identical are met on time
Request vegetation for different events (marriage, death, maternity …). Besides presenting embroidery for exceptional linen (wedding and pampering)
Control makes monthly Lost and Found and donations
Check the uniforms and send for c leaning and / or repair
Coordinates and controls all traffic of files and people within the department. Does releases linen of Laundry daily
Makes daily guest garb release of friends that use the laundry service
Makes monthly closing of Laundry charges and provision of same
Replaces (a) Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off or absences
