Job Title: Hotel Security Officer

Job Summary:
The motel safety officer is responsible for making sure the protection and security of guests, employees, and resort property. They are anticipated to patrol the premises, monitor surveillance cameras, respond to emergencies, and enforce hotel insurance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal exchange and problem-solving skills, interest to detail, and the ability to stay calm beneath pressure.

Responsibilities:

Patrol the lodge premises to deter and observe suspicious activity
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
Respond directly to emergency situations, along with medical emergencies, fires, and disturbances
Report any safety hazards, safety breaches, or suspicious behavior to management
Enforce lodge policies and procedures, inclusive of guest registration and get admission to control measures
Assist guests and employees with any security-related worries or inquiries
Conduct everyday inspections of hotel facilities to make certain compliance with protection and security standards
Work intently with local law enforcement and emergency offerings when necessary
Qualifications:

Grade:8-12 OR Abet level
Psira Registered
Previous journey in security in the hospitality sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as phase of a team
Knowledge of emergency response procedures
Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
