REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9(Std 7). Experience: Appropriate experience in operating an digital switchboard/PABX, messaging and paging system. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Willingness to work shifts, night shifts, weekends, public vacations and overtime when required. Physically in a position to hear and talk clearly. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to function an digital

DUTIES : Handling all outgoing and incoming calls as nicely as emergency enquiries. Ensure wonderful and efficient communication, both inner and externally between staff, clients and the public. Manage the switchboard, fireplace alarms, medical fuel alarms, elevator alarms, get entry to manage device and the PA system. Ensure interior smartphone lists are maintained and correctly communicated.
