REQUIREMENTS : An gorgeous SAQA recognized NQF degree six (06) tertiary qualification in Law Business Management or equivalent qualification with two (02) years relevant work experience. Knowledge of National Consumer Protection Act sixty eight of 2008 and Mpumalanga Consumer Affairs Act 06 of 1998. DUTIES : Implement educational and recognition programmes to make sure protection of consumers and to create a conducive environment for simply and honest trade. Conduct educational and consciousness workshops on client associated matters through radio slots, avenue shows, workshops and social media platforms. Collate, display and evaluate questionnaires/data to check the affect of schooling and awareness programmes. Conduct consistent lookup on patron associated things and trends.
