Requirements : MBChB or equal degree. Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an impartial medical practitioner.

Duties : The profitable candidate will work in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and rotate at the hospitals that contain the Pretoria Academic Complex. These consist of Kalafong Provincial Tertiary Hospital, Tembisa Hospital and Witbank Hospital. After-hour offerings are compulsory. The put up consists of instructing and training of under-graduate students in the department. The profitable candidate will be required to participate in the departmental research initiative and in departmental outreach programs.
