Requirements : Grade 12 (Matric). No Criminal Record. No Experience Required.

Duties : Capture Chauffeur Services requisitions: Capturing day trip requests, reveal pending list, allocate requisitions accordingly, Confirmation of services to be rendered to client. Ensure that all car expired license discs are checked get hold of and placed on the vehicles: Regularly inspection for validity of license Discs, make sure that person department receive license discs, keep report of received/distributed license discs. Dispatch and acquire vehicles to/from clients: Verification of all service-related documentations, Inspection of vehicle. Apply appropriate chauffeur services and records management on the web-based Fleet Information System (FIS): Monitoring of captured chauffeur trips, Keep file of each day chauffeur activities.
