REQUIREMENTS : Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Social Science or related as identified by using SAQA and legitimate driver’s license. Core and Process Competencies: Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts, application of the legislative framework governing the public service e.g., Public Service Act, Labour Relation Act, PFMA, White Paper on the rights of Persons with Disabilities, Reasonable Accommodation of people with Disabilities and United Nation convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities etc. Skills & Competencies: Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, People administration skills, Conflict resolution, Decision making, Time management, Communication, each formal, and informal.

DUTIES : Provide incapacity aid services; Provide administration services.
