Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Passed:
- Technical Mathematics, Mathematics, or Maths Literacy
- English / Business English
- Technical Science or Physical Science
Valid Code B driver’s licence or higher
Must be between 18 and 29 years old
Must reside in Sasol local communities (Secunda or Sasolburg)
Able to pass:
- Fire Fighter fitness assessment
- Stress and fear assessment
- Heights assessment
- Confined space assessment
- Fire exposure assessment
- Cat ladder assessment

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the Fire Fighter Learnership Programme
Complete workplace training and assessments
Attend all structured learning activities
Gain practical firefighting experience
Successfully complete all programme requirements
