EPWP PUMP OPERATORS (X397)

DEPARTMENT: Infrastructure and Water Services

DURATION: 10 Months (EPWP Fixed Contract)

SALARY: R30 580.00 per annum

STATION: Within Sekhukhune District Municipality

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 7 plus 1-year relevant experience.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Operation of water pumps and general maintenance of pumps and the pump house surrounding areas.

THE FOLLOWING ARE TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: OHS act and Understanding of the pump manual. Writing and Communication Skills, Listening skills, Creative and Innovative, Multitasking, Customer relations, Continuous Improvement, Inter-personal relations, Sobriety.

Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in close proximity to the pump stations.
