ADMINISTRATION CLERK: SUPPORT (MEDICAL SUPPORT)

SALARY : R228 321 per annum
CENTRE : Stikland Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Experience: Appropriate journey in office exercise and/or administration. Appropriate journey in Logis and/or Clinicom. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Advanced pc skillability in Word, Excell, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hospital and/or Community Health Centres.

DUTIES : Provide secretarial and administrative assist to the departments of Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Pharmacy. Responsible for supporting with organizing small activities hosted by these departments. Maintenance of the attendance registers and outreach statistics. Handling of all correspondence for the fitness professional support office. Responsible for the returning of archives to the Outpatient Department daily. Responsible for managing all administrative duties associated to these departments, consisting of tasks associated to grant chain management, HR tactics and asset management. Serves as liaison officer between Finance and HR for these departments.
