Full job description
Experienced learning professional to take ownership of training in our income business. The function will be primarily based at our Head Office in Cape Town and will work each on-site and remotely. This is a hands-on position with the focus being on designing and turning in both in-person and virtual compliance, product and structures training.
Required Qualification & Experience
Accredited Facilitator essential
Assessor accreditation advantageous
Minimum 3 years’ trip in a education position essential
Experience in particularly sales-driven environment advantageous
Coaching qualification advantageous
Required Skills & Knowledge
The ability to layout and supply compliance, product and systems training, including giving advice, monitoring and reporting essential
Excellent facilitation skills
Excellent presentation skills
Experience in using content material improvement software (Articulate advantageous) and gaining knowledge of management device (Oracle Fusion advantageous) to deliver computer-based, blended and classroom-based programs
Advanced computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook) essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Performance Areas
Liaise with managers to decide training desires and time table education sessions.
Design high quality unit-standard aligned getting to know cloth in line with SETA and FSCA necessities that are excellent for face-to-face and virtual delivery.
Select and book digital and on-site coaching venues.
Conduct person and group workshops and compliance, product know-how and structures education sessions.
Monitor compliance with applicable rules in ooba’s enterprise processes.
Train and facilitate induction, smooth competencies and sales-related development programmes.
Prepare gaining knowledge of material such as module summaries, videos, etc.
Support and mentor new employees.
Keep attendance and different records.
Conduct evaluations to become aware of areas of improvement.
Monitor employee overall performance and response to training.
Coach learnerships and internships the place required.
