Minimum Requirements
Grade:10
Post Description
Orders (compiling and setting orders);
Stock taking (food and equipment);
Store keeping, issuing ingredients;
Nutrition and menu planning;
Assisting lecturers with category demonstrations;
Cooking meals for crèche;
Liaising with suppliers;
Generating quotations;
Assist with / plan functions;
Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date;
Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
Supervise students all through functions, restaurant days.
