HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (SUPPORT SERVICES)

SALARY : R193 359 per annum
CENTRE : George Regional Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std7). Experience: Appropriate journey as a supervisor. Appropriate experience in a Linen Bank environment. Appropriate trip in the administration of a Residence. Inherent requirement of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) drivers’ licence with PDP. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Applied knowledge of the linen management process (clean, soiled, mending, condemning of linen). Applied knowledge of the operational administration of a Residence. Applied information of the issuing and condemning of uniforms for staff. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).

DUTIES : Effective management of linen offerings (soiled, clean, infected, infested). Effective management of condemned and mending of linen. Effective management of stock manage and issuing of uniforms to staff. Effective administration of a Residence. Effective supervision of staff in the Linen Bank and Residence.
