Job Description

Purpose:
To furnish notable Customer carrier by using actively, timeously and precisely processing transactions on POS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Great Customer Service through processing Customer orders in accordance to SOP
Maintain speed of service
Process charge kinds accurately in accordance to SOP
Educate Customers about present day promotions and drive sales
Increase ticket averages by means of upselling or suggestive selling techniques
Maintain the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the counter provider areas in accordance to SOP
Maintain FOH Stock according to SOP
REQUIREMENTS:

National Senior Certificate (preferred)
Senior Certificate (required)
Well-developed Literacy skills
Well-developed Numeracy skills
One year’s journey as a retail cashier (QSR environment preferred)
