Call Centre Agent – Mr Price

Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will make certain that all client inquiries, save card applications, correspondence, and employment verifications are treated successfully and professionally.

Responsibilities
Ensure customer’s queries, correspondence and needs are actioned timeously to furnish fantastic purchaser service and keep away from backlogs and customer complaints.
Telephonically affirm employment and personal small print to verify records supplied on the store software forms
Update customer’s details on relevant Debtor’s systems to ensure an correct and updated patron details base
Process all keep card purposes throughout all divisions to make bigger patron and credit base (outbound marketers only)

Qualifications
Education

Grade 12
Experience

1 year name centre journey (preferably in new accounts)
Accounts functions processing journey (advantageous)
Skills and knowledge

Knowledge and perception of enterprise legislature – Consumers Protection Act; POPI (Protection of Personal Information Act); National Credit Act; ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of South Africa)
Communication abilities – clear and tremendous verbal communication to assist clients with account setup and inquiries.
Active listening – capacity to hear attentively to customers’ desires and concerns, making sure they feel heard and understood.
Empathy – showing grasp and compassion towards customers, making them sense valued and supported.
Problem-Solving – quickly figuring out troubles and providing high quality solutions
Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in purchaser data and account setup processes
