Description:

The Manager is responsible food and drinks in the Roots, shop Service and, if required, Function areas in a friendly, quick and environment friendly manner. The role is exceptionally involved with two most important purposeful activities: front of store and stock.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade:8-12
Zero Previous Restaurant ride essential
Hands on Problem Solving strategy and the capacity to stay calm beneath pressure
Ability to work as phase of a team, as well as independently
Effective conversation with members of group of workers as well as Guests of the store
Honest and honest beyond approach
Great interest to detail
Presentable and well spoken
Team Player who leads through example
Proactive in approach
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts
