HR PRACTITIONER: HR PLANNING AND PMDS REF NO: DEDT2025/26/02

SALARY : R308 154 per annum (Level 07)
CENTRE : Head Office, Mbombela

REQUIREMENTS : An gorgeous SAQA identified NQF level 6 tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management/Public Management/Public Administration and a completion of a two yr internship programme. Understanding of the government frameworks, PERSAL system, overall performance administration and improvement system, human useful resource and related prescripts, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, EEA with verbal and written communication skills, pc literacy i.e. Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, capacity to control war and to work under strain and capacity to analyse, interpret and apply legislation, policies and prescripts. A valid driver’s license is required.

DUTIES : Facilitate the submission of Performance Agreements, Mid-term and Annual Assessments. Capturing of Performance Agreements, Mid–term and Annual Assessment on PERSAL. Ensure the availability of an correct PMDS database. Facilitate the implementation of Annual Assessment result letters (Pay progression). Facilitate the Development of EE Plan. Assist in the development of the fee per head document. Administer secretariat offerings to the Organisational Functionality Assessment and different Committees facilitated through the HumanResource Planning section. Maintain an HR Policy register.
