REQUIREMENTS : Minimum three (3) years of Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma/BTech (NQF Level (07) in Financial Management/Management Accounting/Financial Accounting/ Internal Audit/Cost and Management Accounting with a minimal of 3 years’ experience in accounting environment. A legitimate driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Good people administration and problem-solving skills. Report writing, Good verbal exchange (verbal and written), interpersonal and writing skills. Knowledge of monetary systems. Knowledge of MFMA and associated frameworks.

DUTIES : Responsibilities: Provide guide in the monitoring, enforcement and reporting on the tremendous implementation of the MFMA, Treasury policies and requirements to make sure compliance. To provide oversight into the implementation of policies and techniques in the administration of monetary and non-financial performance information. Advice on training gaps and offers coaching on the utilization of the Monitoring Indicators tools for municipalities. Analyses and file on the high-quality implementation of the Financial Management Capability Maturity Model motion plans.
